Trinity Agent ("Trinity", "we", "us") is the developer and distributor of Trinity — an autonomous AI agent system. Our website is trinityagent.space. For privacy inquiries, contact us at founder@trinityagent.space.

2. What Trinity (the software) does with your data

Trinity is a self-hosted software product. This means:

• Trinity runs on your own server, cloud instance, or local machine
• All conversations, memory entries, task logs, and execution traces are stored in a local SQLite database on your infrastructure
• We have no access to any data processed or stored by your Trinity installation
• We receive no telemetry, analytics, or usage data from deployed Trinity instances
• Your Trinity installation never contacts our servers during normal operation

When you connect Trinity to AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), your data is transmitted to those providers according to their own privacy policies. Trinity never acts as an intermediary that stores this data.

3. What this website collects

When you visit trinityagent.space, we may collect:

• Contact form submissions: If you submit a demo request, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, use case description). This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo.
• Standard web server logs: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. These are used for security monitoring and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not sell or share this data.
• No tracking cookies: We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics platforms. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.

4. How we use your information

Information collected through this website is used only to:

• Respond to demo requests and schedule demonstrations
• Answer your questions about Trinity
• Send you information you explicitly requested about Trinity

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing. We do not share your information with advertising networks.

5. Data retention

Demo request submissions are retained for as long as necessary to follow up on your inquiry and conduct business. If you'd like your information removed, email us at founder@trinityagent.space and we'll delete it within 7 business days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited personal information we hold. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment information (payments are handled by payment processors if applicable).

8. Third-party model providers

Trinity supports connection to third-party AI model providers. When you configure your Trinity installation to use these providers, data sent to those models is governed by their respective privacy policies:

• OpenAI: openai.com/privacy
• Anthropic: anthropic.com/privacy
• Google: policies.google.com/privacy

You can avoid sending any data to external providers by using Ollama with local models. In this configuration, no data leaves your machine.

9. Children's privacy

This website and Trinity software are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
